Call for industry proposals to address the burdens associated with gambling regulation
Responding to this call for proposals
This is a formal invitation to the gambling industry to submit proposals to address the burdens associated with gambling regulation. It is not a consultation.
Thank you for your interest in submitting proposals to reduce or streamline burdens associated with gambling regulation. This form should be used for this purpose only and it contains a number of questions for you to answer to help the Gambling Commission understand and review your proposal. You can respond to as few or as many questions as you wish, but we encourage you to include all relevant information to support your proposal.
We ask that all proposals be submitted using this online form and you use one form for each individual proposal. You can submit more than one form.
You can print a copy of the form in advance. The print version of the document is laid out slightly differently to the online version.
The Commission will not be able to respond to all individual proposals, but we will set out publicly our plans and prioritisation for any actions that we are able to take forward following the call for proposals. We may also wish to contact you to discuss your proposal in more detail. Please confirm within the form whether you give consent for us to contact you in this way.
Information about how the Gambling Commission processes your personal information can be found in the Gambling Commission’s Privacy policy (opens in new tab).
This specific link will remain active until 25 September 2026. You can submit proposals at any time before then, and proposals submitted early may be reviewed sooner.
